Full Circle TMS, a web-based transportation management software (TMS) provider, is excited to be names as one of the top 100 Freight Technology companies according to FreightWaves.

The Freight.Tech 100 recognizes the most innovative and disruptive companies in freight. Nominations were sought, and a panel chosen by FreightWaves narrowed the list of more than 500 nominations to 100 companies.

“I’m humbled that our small, start-up technology company is included in a list with the likes of Amazon, C. H. Robinson, Daimler, FedEx, Landstar and Uber,” says Stuart Sutton, President of Full Circle TMS. “We must be doing something right to get nominated by our peers.”

“We are really excited about the Freight.Tech 100 and congratulations to Full Circle TMS for receiving this recognition. We are also pleased to have them participating at MarketWaves18.” Says David Bradford, Executive VP of Community Engagement at FreightWaves & BiTA.

Alen Kadjic, President of FR8 Solutions in Jacksonville, FL is one of the early adopters of Full Circle TMS. “I have used many TMS packages and I can honestly say that Full Circle TMS is the best. Full Circle TMS is easy to learn and use, comes with a built-in driver mobile app, integrates with my key vendors like EFS, and is constantly evolving.” Says Kadjic. “When we heard about the FreightWaves technology award, we felt is was our duty to nominate Full Circle TMS.”

Another early adopter is Dean Thelen, President of Square One Transport & Logistics of Lansing, MI. “The Full Circle TMS system is jam packed with high tech automation features. For example, the drivers have in-cab scanning, signature capture, and document imaging integrated into the customer order so we can bill the customer within minutes of delivering the shipment.” He adds: “Their innovative changes have been non-stop since we got the TMS and I look forward to see what Full Circle is coming up with next.”

Full Circle TMS will be attending the MarketWaves 18 conference in Grapevine, TX on November 12-13, 2018 where the top 25 Freight Technology companies will be announced. “It certainly would be a thrill if our start-up company gets named to the top 25” says Sutton.

Full Circle TMS integrates with EFS Fleet Cards to automate driver advances and settlement process. /2018/09/25/full-circle-tms-integrates-with-efs-fleet-cards-to-automate-driver-advances-and-settlement-process/ /2018/09/25/full-circle-tms-integrates-with-efs-fleet-cards-to-automate-driver-advances-and-settlement-process/#respond Tue, 25 Sep 2018 13:05:01 +0000 /?p=848

Full Circle TMS, a web-based transportation management software (TMS) provider, is excited to announce that they now integrate with EFS (A WEX company) Fleet Cards.

EFS, now part of WEX (NYSE: WEX), offers a variety of fuel cards and fleet technology services for over-the-road (OTR) trucking companies with employee or owner-operator drivers.

The Full Circle TMS interface makes it easy to safely and automatically advance money to a driver using the carrier defined “driver advance policies”. Driver advances are loaded onto the driver card and then automatically inserted into the Full Circle TMS settlement deduction system to apply against the drivers upcoming settlement.

“We wanted to integrate with a fleet card that was proven, industry-leading, and easy to use,” says Stuart Sutton, President of Full Circle TMS. “EFS has been around for many years and has a strong reputation of being a leader in the fleet card space.”

Also, the setup is super easy,” Sutton said. “Our customers easily link the driver profile in the Full Circle system with the fleet card in the EFS system and then define their ‘driver advance policies’. When dispatch gives the driver an advance via the integration, it loads money on the card and automatically creates all the necessary driver settlement records.”

“I like the automation when dispatching,” says Mike Pettrey, President of C & M Transport. “When dispatching, the Full Circle TMS system calculates the maximum allowable advance for the dispatcher based on our company policies. It is a simple mouse click to put the money on the driver card and create the corresponding settlement deduction. No more complex calculations for dispatchers. No more driver negotiating with the dispatcher. No more need for dispatchers to sign into two different systems to create a driver advance.”

The following online training videos make it easy for carriers to set up their Full Circle TMS / EFS Fleet Card interface.

 • Setting up the EFS Driver Cards in the TMS SystemThis video explains how to SET UP the EFS driver card interface and create “driver advance” rules.
 • How to advance drivers money from the TMS system to the EFS Driver card. This video explains how a dispatcher can load money onto a driver card via the TMS-to-EFS system. The system auto-calculates the maximum allowable advance based on your company policies. The dispatcher can load money on the card which also creates the settlement deductions and the transaction logs all in “one push of a button.” It also auto-calculates and applies any fees and creates the necessary settlement deduction records for the fees.
 • Quick Cash – Load money on EFS SmartFunds card from TMS system. This video explains how to USE the Quick Cash feature to advance money to a drivers EFS SmartFunds card. The Quick Cash feature is typically used for the following situations to advance driver funds when they are not on an active manifest.
 • How to download EFS Fleet Card transactions into the TMS system. This video explains how the EFS Fleet card transactions can be downloaded into the TMS system. Once in the TMS system, the user can then create driver deduction records to be used in the driver pay system.

FULL CIRCLE TMS RELEASES “CIRCLE MOBILE” /2017/08/09/full-circle-tms-releases-circle-mobile/ /2017/08/09/full-circle-tms-releases-circle-mobile/#respond Thu, 10 Aug 2017 01:35:07 +0000 /?p=628 Transportation management solution provider releases their driver mobile app to improve productivity for both drivers and dispatchers using their web-based TMS software.

For Immediate Release – August 9, 2017.

Full Circle TMS, a scalable, web-based transportation management system, updated and expanded its technology platform by releasing their new Driver Mobile App called “Circle Mobile”. The app is available on both the iOS and Android platforms and fully integrates into the Full Circle TMS dispatch platform to improve productivity for both dispatchers and drivers.

“The new app was super-easy to deploy, learn and use. With a few mouse clicks, my drivers received the app, downloaded it, and it started to work right away. I could dispatch to them, track them and they could update the shipment all in real time. I also sent them the training video which made it easy for them to learn how the app worked. Simple. Easy. No fuss. Low cost.” Says Jason Ring, President of Carolina Expediters. “Best of all, our productivity improvement was immediate and profound.”

“This new integrated driver app will be a launching pad for additional driver/dispatcher productivity tools” says Stuart Sutton, President and CEO of Full Circle TMS. “Plans are already underway to add features like document imaging, driver pay, IN and OUT OF SERVICE status, pre-planned loads, trailer hook/unhook and historical loads to the driver app. Because we manage the TMS and the driver app, we can build tremendous automation to improve the communications between the driver and the dispatcher.”

The price of the new driver app is included in the monthly subscription for the Dispatch (or Enterprise) version of the software. So existing customers do not need to pay any more to get this productivity boost. It also works in conjunction with other apps on the drivers mobile device (like BigRoad ELD or MacroPoint).

The new app has the following features:
 • Track the device (the device will provide automatic updates)
 • Dynamically Ping the device
 • Send load information out to the driver. This will include all stop information, order notes shared with the driver, etc.
 • Arrive at Shipper / Consignee.
 • Loaded at Shipper with Bill of Lading (BOL), pieces and weight.
 • Empty at Consignee with Proof of Delivery (POD) signature.
 • Plus other features.

FULL CIRCLE TMS EXPANDS MACROPOINT INTEGRATION /2017/06/13/full-circle-tms-expands-macropoint-integration/ /2017/06/13/full-circle-tms-expands-macropoint-integration/#respond Tue, 13 Jun 2017 18:00:29 +0000 /?p=559 “Our integration with MacroPoint’s freight visibility technology is essential because most of our customers have already been using MacroPoint,” said Stuart Sutton, President and Chief Executive Officer of Full Circle TMS. “We needed to have the ability to track every shipment that goes through our system, and MacroPoint gives us the 100 percent visibility that we need.” “MacroPoint and Full Circle TMS are both driven to provide top-quality service to their customers,” said Dave Halsema, Executive Vice President of MacroPoint. “With this integration expansion, Full Circle TMS will be able to deliver even better service to their customers with the unmatched visibility MacroPoint provides.” One Full Circle TMS and MacroPoint customer has seen a positive impact on his business with the new updates to the integration.
“We use MacroPoint to track all our shipments, both when we dispatch to our own vehicles or broker to outside carriers,” said Mark McLochlin, President of Clearwater Logistics. “Having the MacroPoint truck positions and trip-event updates integrated into the Full Circle TMS provides real-time visibility to both our dispatchers and our customers, without having to look at multiple systems. Not only is this integration a huge productivity booster for our dispatchers, it also gives our customers instant status of their time-critical freight.”

Full Circle TMS integrates with BigRoad’s DashLink Electronic Logging Device (ELD) to help their customers meet the ELD Mandate /2017/05/31/full-circle-tms-integrates-bigroads-dashlink-electronic-logging-device-eld-help-customers-meet-eld-mandate/ /2017/05/31/full-circle-tms-integrates-bigroads-dashlink-electronic-logging-device-eld-help-customers-meet-eld-mandate/#respond Wed, 31 May 2017 12:39:00 +0000 /?p=549 Newmarket, Ontario – May 31, 2017 – Full Circle TMS, a web-based transportation management software provider, is excited to announce that they now integrate with BigRoad – A Fleet Complete Company. The BigRoad Mobile App electronic logbook and DashLink ELD, combined with Full Circle TMS, now helps Full Circle TMS subscribers meet the requirements of the FMCSA’s electronic logging device (ELD) mandate.

“We wanted to integrate with an ELD solution that was proven, industry-leading, and easy to use,” says Stuart Sutton, President of Full Circle TMS. “BigRoad has been around for many years and has a strong reputation of being a leader in the smartphone ELD space. Also, the setup is super easy. Within a few short minutes our customers can immediately start tracking their driver hours-of-service (HOS) information. The driver HOS data is always available to dispatchers while dispatching loads and during the life of the trip.”

“I like the immediate access to driver HOS information when dispatching,” says Mike Pettrey, President of C & M Transport. “When dispatching, the Full Circle TMS system tells my dispatchers the estimated time to run a trip if the selected driver has enough time remaining in their day. It helps take the guess work out of staying compliant. Furthermore, as the trip progresses, it is constantly monitoring the time left to complete the trip against the time left on the drivers’ day and proactively warns of potential HOS issues.”

“The integration with the BigRoad Mobile App and DashLink ELD offers our customers a more interactive way to dispatch and track drivers and monitor their active HOS data in real time,” says Sutton. “Dynamic information exchange between BigRoad and Full Circle TMS enables fleets to better comply with FMCSA regulations and improves dispatchers’ ability to help their drivers adhere to HOS rules.”

New TMS To Solve Shipment Visibility Need /2015/09/01/new-tms-to-solve-shipment-visibility-need/ /2015/09/01/new-tms-to-solve-shipment-visibility-need/#respond Tue, 01 Sep 2015 13:17:05 +0000 /?p=143 Full Circle TMS to create an ‘always-on’ freight tracking solution via MacroPoint

CLEVELAND, OH – September 1, 2015 – MacroPoint, creators of patented freight tracking software designed to give 3rd party visibility into load status by tracking the location of a driver’s mobile phone, including flip phones, or existing in-cab ELD/GPS devices, today announced that the Full Circle TMS scalable, web-based system has selected MacroPoint as its default load tracking solution. “We’re building a web-based TMS that will give a variety of transportation business sizes and operating models the ability to share data in real time,” said Stuart Sutton, president and CEO of Full Circle TMS. “If our customers have no tracking technology, MacroPoint becomes the default load tracking solution. MacroPoint is the best system available that can work anywhere in North America on a diverse hardware platform. The technology we’re developing will also be going global and we believe MacroPoint has the capability to grow with us.” Used with a driver’s mobile phone, including flip phones, or existing in-cab ELD/GPS devices, MacroPoint’s patented location monitoring and tracking software gives third parties load status and location visibility on their shipments. With MacroPoint, brokers, 3PLs and shippers have real-time location tracking, delivery monitoring, and event notifications that enhance the efficiency and profitability of their operations. “Full Circle is preparing to become the only TMS on the market that automatically tracks every load,” said Bennett Adelson, president of MacroPoint. “While other TMS providers either don’t offer a 3rd party tracking capability or require their customers to selectively turn it on, Full Circle is creating an Always-On system to track every load. MacroPoint’s cost effective load tracking solution combined with Full Circle’s capabilities will give our mutual customers the value of critical track and trace information, seamlessly and automatically.”]]>
