7th Annual User Conference Agenda

Date Time Event

Tuesday
September, 2023
18:30 – 20:30
DTH Expeditors – Welcome to Atlanta.

DTH Expeditors will be hosting a social at their offices in Atlanta.

Mike Winslett, Owner of DTH Expeditors, and his team, put together this short video to invite attendees to join them on September 26.

For those of you coming early to the Full Circle TMS User conference, DTH Expeditors has graciously offered to host a private "meet and greet" at their offices at 5158 Kennedy Road, Suite H, Forest Park, Ga. 30297 on Tuesday, September 26 from 6:30pm to 8:30 pm.  Food and beverages will be provided.  You must attend the conference to be eligible to attend this special event.   To register for this “extra” event, add it to your ticket when registering for the Full Circle TMS conference.

Come out and meet the DTH Expeditors team in a relaxed environment. I (Stuart Sutton) have been at their office many times, and, in my opinion, it is like going to a sports “Hall of Fame”.  Over the years, Mike Winslett, President of DTH, has collected countless autographed jerseys, footballs, baseballs, sticks, gloves, posters, etc. and even a boxing bag autographed by Casius Clay before it was changed to Muhammed Ali.

If you have any questions about this event, please Contact either:
Evette Jones - evette@dthx.net; 800-393-9403 Ext. 1002
Lindsey Winslett - lpwinslett@dthx.net 800-393-9403 Ext. 1058

Food and Beverage:
There will be a variety of classic, Southern appetizers as well as a food truck. The food truck will serve a variety of items including wings, sliders, chicken tenders, onion rings, and French fries.

In addition to water and sodas, there will be a bar service offering a combination of beer, wine, and mixed drinks. Guests should drink responsibly.

Entertainment:
Live music will be provided by South Georgia's own Broken Strings. Check them out here!: https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100095536064390. Here is a sample of their music where they play “Tennessee Whiskey”: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aT2kMLCPDrY

Transportation:
All attendees will be responsible for getting to/from the event. We highly recommend Rideshare services. Uber and Lyft are both widely available in the area.

Parking:
Onsite parking will be available. DTH staff members will be onsite to help direct parking.

Speed Networking.

At ordinary networking events the focus is on building relationships and getting to know each other in a relaxed and informal setting. At the Full Circle TMS Speed Networking event, it is guaranteed that you will meet and talk to at least 25 people.  It’s fast, it's energetic, and amazingly effective! The idea is that within a few minutes of talking to someone you will be able to work out whether it is possible to do business with them. This makes it a very efficient form of business networking.  Full Circle will provide the venue with plenty of space for paired seating (across from one another) to spread out and share your information without being disruptive with other participants.
