How to become an “approved carrier” for Load One

Load One has a stringent set of requirements and criteria to become an approved carrier. If you are not currently an approved Load One carrier you may contact Load One carrier relations at carrierrelations@load1.com.

How Load One will use this interface to cover their loads:

Load One uses a proprietary system that will automatically look to find matches for its loads with trucks in the Full Circle system. Upon seeing a match the system will send an email with a RFQ request. The carrier can respond to the request and the bid will automatically be uploaded into the Load One system. So instead of receiving an email with every load that Load One has your emails will be only for loads the system sees as a relevant match to increase your efficiency. So it is very important that you keep your truck availability accurate in the Full Circle system.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q. What will it cost to get use this interface?
A. There is no additional cost for this interface module, however, some parts of it only work on the Enterprise version. So you may need to upgrade to Enterprise.
Q. What is their company name in Full Circle.
A. In the sharing rules, they will be defined as “Load One Interface”.
Q. How do I see their trucks and they see my trucks?
A. Update your sharing rules to share your trucks with “Load One Interface”.
Q. Do I have to be on the Enterprise version to share trucks with Load One?
A. No
Q. Do I have to be on the Enterprise version to have load data flow seamlessly between Load One and our Company?
A. Yes. This requires a special set up to make this work. Also, Load One will be expecting you to execute the order completely in Full Circle so they can get real time updates. This includes 5 minute position updates that occur automatically when using the Circle Mobile app.
Q. What does it mean if I don’t see their trucks (or they don’t see my trucks)?
A. If your sharing rules are defined properly, then it is possible Load One is not sharing with you. You will need to contact Load One to determine if they are sharing with you.

How to become an “approved carrier” for Load One

Q. If I am an “Enterprise level” subscriber, but not a “network subscriber” in Full circle, what parts of this interface work.
A. Only the seamless brokering will work. Truck sharing will not work for you since you must be part of the network to share trucks. You are not part of the network because you do not meet at least one of the criteria to belong to the network.
Q. How hard is it to use the “Seamless Brokering” portion of this software?
A. If Load One brokers a load to you, then it is the same as if you were using the Active Aero, XPO/NLM or ECCO interface. The load appears in your awarded orders grid. If you broker an order to Load One, you must have Load One as your preferred carrier. Then you are simply brokering the load as usual to Load One.
Q. What if I want to post a load in Full Circle and I want Load One to see the posted load?
A. Update your sharing rules to share your loads with “Load One Interface”.
Q. Will Load One be posting loads on the Full Circle Load Board?
A. No. They will use their existing TMS load board. The posted loads will not be copied to the Full Circle Load board.
Q. I do not have access to the Load Board that Load One uses, how do I get to see posted loads from Load One?
A. Contact Load One and provide an email address so they can add you to their “external email list” for posted loads.
