Features

  1. It takes only a few seconds to get the driver configured with the app.
  2. Dispatch a load to the mobile app. Driver gets all the load information including order number, bill of lading, pick up and delivery information, dates and times, pieces and weight, bill of lading, special instructions, etc.. For each stop, the driver can see a map of the stop location.
  3. Dispatcher can “offer” the load to the driver with a time-out limit. This shows the load as “offered” on the dispatch board. If the driver “accepts” the load, the “offered” indicator disappears from the dispatch board. If the driver does not respond in time, the dispatch board will show “timed out”. This feature is a good way to know if the driver received the load information.
  4. Tracks the device in real time and automatically updates the TMS system with the latest position of the device. Dispatchers always know the location of the truck / driver.
  5. Driver can do all the significant trip updates. Arrive, Load with BOL, pieces and weight, Empty with POD. Each time the driver updates via the app, it automatically updates the order. Dispatchers don’t need to do a thing.
  6. Driver can take pictures / scans of trip documents and upload them to the order. The documents are automatically indexed to the order. This means documents like Bills of Lading (BOL), Proof of Delivery (POD), freight pictures, etc. are immediately available for review by dispatchers or billing staff.
  7. Driver can do “signature capture” for the proof of deliver. The signature is automatically superimposed on the BOL and indexed to the order. This makes it very easy for the billing staff to complete an invoice immediately after the trip empties.
  8. Driver has access to see all the paperwork they uploaded. That way they will know if they submitted all the necessary paperwork for a shipment.
  9. Driver has access to their workload history so they can see all the loads they did, and, if necessary, upload paperwork on completed orders if necessary.
  10. Driver has access to any pre-planned loads so they can see what their future workload will be.
  11. If you want your drivers to see their “pay”, their pay will appear on each load. If they “drill into” their pay amount, it will show the pay details broken down by linehaul, accessorial, fuel as well as any deductions taken for the trip.
  12. Driver can “self serve” their pay advances on 3 trip milestones. Dispatch, Final Empty, Paperwork check-in. Advances will automatically go on their EFS card and generate a settlement deduction records for the next pay period.
  13. Driver can submit “stop notes” when doing the arrive, load or empty events. These notes automatically create an ALERT in the dispatch system so dispatchers are aware the note was submitted. The notes are also permanently inserted into the order notes system.
  14. System will send an alert if the driver does an arrival beyond a mileage threshold of the actual stop. If a driver does an “arrival” at a stop and they are not within a certain distance of that stop, the system will send an alert to the dispatchers.
  15. Plus many, many other features.
